HOW TO INSTALL THE PUSH BUTTON REFRIGERATOR WATER FILTER:
- Push button to release filter and pull old filter straight out.
- Remove Grille Cap from old filter by twisting counterclockwise.
- Twist Grill Cap on new filter.
- Remove and dispose of red protective covers on the end of filter.
- Insert new filter in refrigerator and push until it clicks into place.
- Flush air from filter by pressing and releasing the water dispenser lever (5 sec. on / 5 sec. off) for two minutes.
HOW TO INSTALL THE PUR QUARTER TURN REFRIGERATOR WATER FILTER:
- After turning off icemaker, rotate old filter counterclockwise and pull out.
- Remove grille cap by sliding it off the end of the filter.
- Reinstall grille cap on replacement filter.
- Remove and dispose of protective shipping cap.
- Insert new filter in refrigerator with cartridge cap in vertical position.
- Rotate filter clockwise to horizontal position.
- Run water for 2 to 3 minutes to flush filter.
- Turn on icemaker.
